In most states, businesses supplying products or services with aggregate yearly revenue of more than Rs.20 lakhs are needed to register for GST. The aggregate turnover threshold has been cut to Rs.10 lakhs in special category states. Along with the turnover threshold, there are a variety of other situations that may necessitate GST registration.
