About this service
A statutory audit is carried out by an independent auditor, but most of the work that decides how long it takes sits with you.
Companies registered under the Companies Act, 2013 must have their accounts audited every financial year, regardless of turnover. LLPs are audited once turnover or partner contribution crosses the limits set under the LLP Act, 2008. The auditor is appointed by you and must stay independent of the people who maintain your books.
That independence is exactly why audits stall. The auditor raises queries, asks for schedules, confirmations and reconciliations, and waits. We sit on your side of that exchange: closing the books, building the fixed asset and loan schedules, chasing bank and party confirmations, and responding to each query with the backup it needs.
Our in-house team handles this end to end, so your finance staff are not pulled off their regular work for weeks. We do not sign your audit report and we do not replace your auditor. We prepare the ground, so the audit is finished on records that hold up.
