A monthly retainer puts an agreed volume of that work on a fixed fee. You get a named point of contact who already knows your contracts, your structure and your industry, so there is no ramp-up each time you call. Scope, response times and exclusions are written into the retainer letter before you sign it.

We scope the retainer around what your business actually generates — usually contract drafting and review, employment documents, notices and replies, and advice calls. Work outside that scope, such as litigation or a registration, is quoted separately, so your monthly fee stays predictable.
