About this service
The seller agreement is where an online marketplace and its sellers divide money, risk and responsibility.
The document covers onboarding and listing rules, the product categories permitted, pricing and discounting, commission and other deductions, the settlement cycle, logistics and delivery obligations, returns and refunds, and what happens when a buyer complains. For a seller, it is the only protection against arbitrary deductions and account suspension.
Regulation matters here too. Consumer protection rules for e-commerce place duties on both the platform and the seller around disclosure, country of origin, grievance redressal and misleading listings. Tax collected at source under GST, invoicing responsibility and liability for counterfeit or non-compliant goods all need to be allocated in writing.
We draft from either side. Our in-house team sets out the commercial terms you have agreed, then builds the operational clauses around them: inventory and dispatch timelines, penalties, deduction and set-off rights, indemnity for product defects or infringement, data and confidentiality, and suspension or exit with a final settlement.

Our team strives to deliver every service within the shortest span of time.
