Annual Compliance Health Check

A compliance health check is a review of what your company or LLP is required to maintain and file under the Companies Act, 2013 or the LLP Act, 2008. We look at your filing history on the MCA portal, your statutory registers, the minutes of board and general meetings, and your director or partner records.

It is most useful before a funding round, a bank facility, a transfer of shares, or simply after a year or two of filings handled in a hurry. Entities that changed their accountant or company secretary midway often carry gaps that nobody has looked at since.

Our in-house team goes through the records you share, lists what is missing, late or incorrectly filed, and explains the consequence of each gap and how it can be regularised. You get a written position rather than a verbal reassurance, and we can take up the remedial filings separately if you want us to.
