Agreement vetting is a structured review of a document someone else has drafted. We read it from your position, identify the obligations you are taking on, the risks that sit with you and the protections that are missing, and give you a marked-up version with suggested wording.

The usual problem areas are liability and indemnity, payment and penalty terms, termination rights that run only one way, automatic renewal, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality that outlives the contract, and a dispute resolution clause that sends you to a distant court.
